My responsibilities include design and development of static HTML web sites and custom Wordpress builds. My duties also require that I participate in the client pre-launch meetings, design comps, edits proofs, and launch site.

I created print and web work that pertained to the operations, history and activities of the school system. Such information was used to communicate to the media, community, school personnel, parents and students in a timely fashion; through various sources.

Awards: Earned 5 Honorable Mention awards in the National School Public Relations Association's 2009 Publication and Electronic Media Content

My responsibilities included a wide range of task; including design of seasonal packaging for various products, as well as staging in-house photography shoots. I frequently participated in production of printed promotional materials.

I managed graphic design projects from concept to completion. Projects included, web banners, promotional materials and web design. I also worked to successfully create new templates for marketing and collateral materials.

My freelance career started while still a student in college. Throughout the years I've created work for clients in advertisement, education, fashion, and non-prfit sectors. Some of my clients include, Ann Taylor (via Urban Stitching Assoc.), Chico's (via Urban Stitching Assoc.), David All Group, Mottainai NYC Menswear, Visure Corp., Excel Staffing, Only Connect Copywriting.

I started as an intern and was later hired as a full-time employee assisting fashion design team in creating computer generated prints and appliques, from concept to completion of artwork pattern - for clients: Ann Taylor, Chico's, SOMA.

Created and designed and array of customized marketing packages and products from web conception through development/deployment & maintenance.

Developed customized websites including: website re-designs for corporate and commercial/ecommerce purposes, & social media integration design.

Demonstrated ability to successfully designed and develop static HTML websites using custom Wordpress builds & Photoshop/Flash-based web banners.

Identified by management within six months of employment as subject matter expert in logo, web design, & print design

Lead print ad designer for a monthly public education publication reaching 1,000’s of parents and students.

Successfully re-designed entire website for (68) countywide public schools by improving communication, efficiency, and creating a streamlined, uniform image; responsible for system maintenance & content management of integrated websites; Received 3 Public Relations Society of America Awards

Designed quarterly newsletter, mass mailings, and various project-specific print media for all schools, departments, and Parent Teachers’ Association.

Coordinated subsequent project meetings as they relate to any changes in project scope or design.

Consulted with clients to analyze and perform market needs assessments.
